I blend my intellectual vision with techniques grounded in design principles. After embedding collage and script onto my chosen substrate, I use a limited palette to generate a multitude of tonal values, cohesion, and harmony.
Bold brush strokes and large messy marks are vital to me as they represent a life lived fully, in defiance of a system driven by profit motives that marginalizes those who embrace a lifestyle centred on equality and justice. Contrast, boldness, variety, and energy are integral to my creative process.
